ISO 9001 Re-Certification Passed with Compliments

EMPIC has passed a 2 day re-certification audit for ISO 9001:2015 in March 2021 for the whole organisation. We proudly cite the DQS auditor remarking on our strong points (no weak points found):
“The consequent use of Jira and Confluence in the processes of planning, execution, controlling, documentation up to checks, evaluations and assessments of quality criteria has established a very valuable system. It provides a good overview to all parties involved and allows quick intervention in case of potential deviations.”
 
Together with our clients, we have been using this software system for many years now. It has grown into a fully integrated system over all business areas of our organisation – leading to an excellent result in this quality management audit.
