Deine Aufgaben:

• Präsentationen und Workshops: Sie werden Präsentationen und Workshops für die Experten einer Behörde durchführen, um sie bei ihrer Kaufentscheidung zu unterstützen und unsere Produkte optimal einzusetzen.
• Spezifikationen erstellen: Sie werden Spezifikationen für die Software-Entwicklung erstellen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte den Anforderungen der Kunden entsprechen.
• Fachliche Begleitung und Beratung EMPIC intern: Sie werden unsere Software-Entwickler, -Tester und -Dokumentation fachlich begleiten und beraten, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Lösungen höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
• Beratung und Support der Kunden: Sie werden den Kunden während der Einführungsphase beraten und unterstützen, um einen reibungslosen Übergang zu gewährleisten und Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
• Support-Anfragen bearbeiten: Sie werden Support-Anfragen nach der Produkteinführung bei Kunden bearbeiten (2nd und 3rd Level Support), um sicherzustellen, dass Probleme schnell und effizient gelöst werden.
• Teilnahme an Konferenzen und Informationsveranstaltungen: Sie werden an internationalen Konferenzen und Informationsveranstaltungen teilnehmen und sich selbstständig über relevante Regularien und Gesetze in der Luftfahrt informieren, um stets auf dem neuesten Stand zu sein.

Dein Profil:

• Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Anwendungsentwicklung oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker.
• Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind gut bis sehr gut.

Your tasks:

• Presentations and workshops: You will be conducting presentations and workshops for the experts of an authority to support them in their purchasing decisions and determine the best use of our products.
• Technical specification: You will be creating specifications for software development to ensure that our products meet the requirements of our customers.
• Expert support and advice in-house: You will provide expert support and advice to your colleagues in software development, test, and documentation departments to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du entwickelst in unseren hoch motivierten Teams unsere Enterprise-Produkte in unterschiedlichen technologischen Domänen. Neben einem Backend in einem Java /Jakarta JEE Umfeld mit Anbindung an relationale DB Systeme gibt es für verschiedene Benutzergruppen unterschiedliche Clients in Technologien wie Angular2+ und Java(FX). Die Entwicklung von APIs (REST, GraphQL) stellt sicher, dass unsere Produkte sich optimal in die Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden integrieren lassen.
  Da bei unseren Kunden das Erstellen von Lizenzen und Zertifikaten einen großen repräsentativen und formalen Stellenwert hat, ist die Anbindung unserer Produkte an ein BI-Reporting Tool (Jasper) ein weiteres technologisches Betätigungsfeld.
  Du hast bei uns die Möglichkeit, dich in den verschiedenen technischen Domänen weiterzuentwickeln und die Verantwortung für Produkte und Module zu übernehmen. Your tasks:

• As a member in one of our highly motivated teams you will develop our software products in various technological domains. In addition to a backend in a Java / Jakarta JEE environment linked to relational database systems, we have various client applications for different user groups applying technologies such as Angular2+ and Java(FX). To ensure optimal integration of our products in our customer’s environment, we also provide APIs (REST, GraphQL).
  As the creation of licences and certificates is a must for our customers, our products are also connected to a BI reporting tool (Jasper).
  At EMPIC, you will have the opportunity to progress in various technical areas and to take on responsibility for products and modules. Requirements are recorded with agile tools such as JIRA/Confluence and distributed, according to their scope, to one or several software engineers for implementation on all technological levels. You will be working in a modern development environment using an integrated gradle build system including unit and integration tests.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed training / studies focusing on computer science, software development or application development, or you have completed training as an IT specialist.
• You have several years of professional experience in software engineering and solid knowledge of fullstack, backend, web, or mobile programming.

• You develop templates, output documents and BI reports for our enterprise products in different technological domains for our customers in our highly motivated teams.
• Your main technological activity is in the design, layout, and programming (JAVA) of internationally valid licenses, reports, and certificates in the BI reporting tool (Jasper Server), as these have a great representative and formal value for our customers.
• You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in the different technical domains and take responsibility for products and modules.
• The requirements, captured with agile tools like JIRA/Confluence, are implemented in a modern development environment (IntelliJ), which is supported by the integrated Gradle build system and in which unit/integration tests are essential components.
• In the future, you will be involved in the transformation of paper-based issuance documents to digital licenses and certificates, as well as in the development of their interfaces to central information systems.

Your profile:
