Successful Customer Visits in the Netherlands and Luxembourg Open New Opportunities

EMPIC recently conducted a series of customer visits across the Netherlands and Luxembourg to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and explore future collaboration opportunities.
 
A key highlight of the trip was the visit to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Netherlands, which marked the official project kick-off for the implementation of additional EMPIC modules. The visit proved to be a great success, reinforcing the strong relationship between CAA-NL and EMPIC and paving the way for the next phase of cooperation.
 
Originally planned as a small session, the number of participants grew significantly from 5 to around 50 attendees. This remarkable increase reflected the strong interest and enthusiasm shown by the authority to further expand their use of EMPIC and to pursue a long-term digitalisation strategy based on EMPIC-EAP^®.
 
The Luxembourg Civil Aviation Authority also welcomed the EMPIC team at their headquarters. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, address open questions, and identify new areas of potential cooperation. In addition to productive business discussions, the face-to-face meetings helped strengthen personal connections, creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere built on trust and mutual understanding.
 
Overall, the visits were considered a major success. Both authorities and EMPIC agreed to continue close collaboration and to explore new opportunities in the near future.
