EMPIC User Group Meeting 2021-1

We had the pleasure to welcome our clients in several online user group meetings between 12 and 19 April 2021. Intensive discussions about common problems of regulation interpretation and best practice implementation into our software, feedback on new features and the future path in a lot of different areas/modules marked the agenda.
 
Some of the sessions reached a peak audience of more than 90 participants. This time we welcomed participants from Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Americas affiliated with 23 different aviation regulators.
 
“Success stories” of our clients were a highlight of the event. Thanks again to the speakers of the clients as well as to the moderators and participants from my team. The screen shot shows a presentation from CASA, Australia, about RPAS/Drone Certification where CASA uses APIs, EAP functionality, and also our workflow engine to automate processes and data generation/storage within the EMPIC-EAP^® system.
 
The virtual platform proved to be dependable and provided easy ways of interaction and communication. Even when physical meetings will be possible again, we will continue a hybrid approach for our user group meetings in the future.
