User Meeting with visitors from overseas

Our first User Meeting in 2023 is in the books. We were delighted to spend the week from 24 -28 April with 40 customers from 10 different nations attending in person and about the same number joining the sessions online.
 
After two years of shortened User Meetings, we returned to all-day sessions. This gave all participants more time to talk about future functionalities and improvements of our software products EMPIC-EAP^® and EMPIC-MED^®, as well as a chance for our clients to exchange their experiences among aviation regulators.
 
A special thanks is dedicated to our clients from Latvia and South Africa who presented their success stories with EMPIC-EAP^®.
The Latvian delegation presented the Latvian drone process, the linking/connection to EMPIC EAP^®,and how the related processes can be automated with our software .
The delegation of South Africa presented the overall implementation path of EMPIC-EAP^® within SACAA, as well as the results of the just concluded ICAO USOAP audit and how EMPIC-EAP^® contributed to the great result of a 92% overall score.
 
A big shout out to all customers and our staff for this successful week. We are looking forward to the second User Meeting this year in November.
